Echinacea and siberian ginseng have been known to enhance the immune system. These Organic herbs are combined with spearmint, ginger and lemongrass and may be helpful when battling colds and the flu. Can be drunk as an ice tea.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1 tspn steeped for 3-5 minutes at 90C. For ice tea, steep for 30 – 60 mins in cold water then add ice (for 1 litre, 4 tbsp of loose leaf tea is required).
